Stenciled and Embossed Bold Flower Encouragement Card!!

Hello Crafty Friends!!

Larissa here today to share a FUN Dry Embossed and Stenciled Encouragement Card using the Bold Flowers Stencil!! Something about Winter in January, especially after a Snow makes me MISS my Flowers!!
So this is a CHEERFUL Design meant to bring a SMILE to someone's Day!!
I started by spraying the back of my Stencil with Pixie Spray and then adhering it to the Card Panel and then I placed it onto my Rubber Mat and Ran it through my Die Cutting Machine in order to Dry Embossed the Stenciled Design into the Card Panel!! Once it was Dry Embossed I Inked the Panel using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink for the Background, Milled Lavender and Spun Sugar for the main Flowers and Mustard Seed for the center of the Flowers using Distress Oxide Inks and Ink Daubers!!
Then I replaced the Stenciled over the Card Panel making sure to line up the Dry Embossed Design and Inked with Wilted VioletPicked Raspberry and Dried Marigold Distress Oxide Inks and Ink Daubers!! I like that you can add dimension to the Flowers using the Stencil even though I embossed the Design!!
Then I removed the Stencil and added some Water Splatters and some Wilted VioletSpun Sugar and Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters to add even more Dimension!!  I LOVE how it turned and the possibilities are ENDLESS with the technique!! You can simply change out the Sentiment to fit the Card that you need for the Occasion!!

I stamped the Sentiment with from the Doing Great Stamp Set using Versa Fine Onyx Black Ink and Embossed it with WoW Clear Detail Embossing Powder and Heat Set it!! Then I inked over it with some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and added some Water Splatters for some Texture!! I took a Dry Towel and buffed over the sentiment to make sure that there wasn't any residual Ink on top of the embossed sentiment!! Then I Die Cut another Circle from some coordinating Cardstock and adhered them together to create a Frame!! Then I adhered it to my Card Front using Foam Tape for some Dimension!!

There is No Limit to Your Awesomeness

Hello everyone!! Nora here from A Creative Touch with a fun card using a color scheme that I love. I chose to mix the colors aqua and red to create a card that could be sent for any occasion.

I used the CAS-Fridays Mon Ami Stamp and Mon Ami Fleur Die set for my flowers and leaves.

I started off my card with an aqua, A2, top folding card. I stamped leaves from Mon Ami in the same colored ink as the card base in the bottom right side. I then used a score board to score my card front at each inch.

I stamped and heat embossed more leaves on white cardstock and vellum. On the vellum, I heat embossed  the leaves in white. I shaded the white leaves in with Copic Markers and cut all of the bunch out by hand. I then stamped one of the flowers from the Mon Ami Stamp Set in black and colored it in with some Copic Markers.

I used foam adhesive to layer a red, pinked circle that I die cut using the Pinked Slimline Dies over the stamped leaves.

I tucked some of the vellum and shaded blades under and over the red die cut. I adhered the flower over the circle, as well as a sentiment from the same stamp set that I had stamped on black cardstock and heat embossed with white.

My last step was to adhere some red sequins randomly around the card and fill in the top of the flower with some red Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Eclipse Encouragement Card as April kicks off National Cancer Control Month!!

Hello Crafty Friends!!

Larissa here today to share an Eclipse Designed Encouragement Card today as April kicks off National Cancer Control Month: The Importance of Cancer Screenings and Prevention!! So if you haven't schedule any of those Screening Appointments, please do so!!
Early detection is SO IMPORTANT!!
I started by stamping and embossing the Full On Floral Stamp Set from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps onto a White Cardstock using the WoW Embossing Ink and the Blue Glitz Embossing Glitter Powder!! SWOON!! This color combo is STUNNING!!
Next I cut it down to create a stitched rectangle panel for my A2 Card Pane!! I die cut the Ruffled Ribbon Die from the center of the Panel!! I wanted to create an Eclipse Design!! If you've never tried the eclipse technique before you've got to give it a try!!
I die cut 5 more Ruffled Ribbons from some of the same White Cardstock then adhered all 5 of the die cuts together using some Ultra Bond Adhesive!! I added the Embossed Ruffled Ribbon die cut from the card panel to the top of the Stacked Ribbons and adhered them altogether to POP the ruffled ribbon up from the center of the card panel!! By using the some cardstock it really makes the ribbon POP off of the card panel!!

Here's the finished card I made using the Royal Blue Colors for those Battling Colon Cancer!! I truly understand the IMPORTANCE of receiving these Encouragement Cards!!
I hope I've INSPIRED you today and that I've reminded you to get those Screenings Scheduled!!
