Happy Monday!

Last month, Girl Friday Kelly 

shared beautifully scrapbooked recipes. 

Today she is back with more!!

As a gift for family members getting married, 

Kelly creates these loving family recipe pages complete with 

family memories. 

I can't tell you how much I love this idea! 

It's a real treat for me to see CAS-ual Fridays on these fabulous pages. 

Here she's used our Bubble Labels Fri-Dies and 

filled them with sentiments from our Mwah and 3 In a Row sets.  

She embossed them in white on vellum to keep the cloud look 

and added the outline with white gel pen.

I really love how she stamped the heart over and over to get that stamped off look 

to create the sun that she then added gold pipe cleaner to. 

Here she used our Stalk Up Fri-Dies to add fun borders to the photos.

I really love how she used the long leaf from Mon Ami to stamp and color

the banner looking border for her Lovely Greetings sentiment panel.

A great tip from Kelly to get long lasting dimension 

is to cut the same die cut from chipboard and back your pretty image with that.

It give you lift that will last!

Happy Tuesday!

Virginia is going to knock your socks off with her 50 cent altered weekly journal!

 She found this cool little planner at Michael's and yes, it was only 50 cents. 

She liked all the cool pockets and thought she could dress this up into something pretty special. 

Check out her step by step process...

1. Make die cut with Lovely Link Fri-Dies
2. Create the template with Bubble Box Fri-Die
3. Cut out a few Mon-Ami Fri-Dies

4. Emboss the title with CAS-ual Elegance 
5. Stamp flowers with Lovely 
6. Plan out the design and create a large flower with Mon Ami Fleur Fri-Die

7. Glue the finished stamped design with Glossy Accent
8. Sew the small flower for extra accent
9. Add Liquid Pearl and sequins for final touches

Lastly, the Bubble Fri-Die was added to personalize the planner.

Who knew that this planner only costs $0.50?

I think my favorite part is how she made the little Mon Ami Fleurs fan around like a pinwheel. 

This is awesome! 

Such a great reminder of how we can turn something ordinary into something extraordinary with a little bit of imagination, and a whole lot of fun!

I am so excited to share Girl Friday Kelly's projects with you today.

When you see this first card, 

you will love it,

but keep in mind that there is more to it...

Ok, the Heart Board die cuts of the pretty city scene paper looks amazing layered together.

And that Heart Note die slid into a few of the layers is totally darling.

Now, here's the kicker...the outer layers of the heart lift up!!

It's interactive!!!

I love this so much :)

She's got one more project for you...

I love that she fussy cut the Sands of Time hourglass and popped it on the 

fun pattern paper. 

The top and bottom cloud like panels are our 

Bubble Labels Fri-Dies!

She simply sliced it in half.

I can't believe this time next week, it will be...Christmas!!

Yikes! Where is the time going???

Oh wow!!!  I love how she combined a little free hand doodling with Rad, and Christmas Carols!

That looks like a million bucks!!!

But wait! There's more!!

Squeal!!  I love how she used our Bubble Labels Fri-Dies, and rounded off part of them

to create these darling snowmen!  

The hats are fussy cut from Merry Kiss-mas, and the Christmas Carols sentiments fit wonderfully.

Don't you love their little twine scarves?

Hooray, it's Friday!!

I don't know about you, but this week just seemed to stretch on forever.

I'm so happy it's finally Friday!!

Girl Friday Sylvia has 2 great cards to share today 

to start your weekend off right.

Wow! She did a splendid job of coloring those gorgeous flowers from Truth Is.

The little pearl accents really bring them to life!

Did you know that lots and lots of our sentiments fit with our new Fri-Dies?

Look how perfectly this one from Beanstalks fits inside the small Bubble Label.

I love how she backed it with the larger Bubble Label in black.

So dramatic, and by cutting off a portion of the labels, 

she created a wonderful visual texture!

Happy Monday!

I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but I do believe that even a Monday can be happy,

especially when it starts with a creation like the one Girl Friday Jingle has for you today!

I've said it before...Christmas Carols is not just for Christmas!

Check it out...

OhMyWowzers! That is exactly what I said to Jingle last night when I saw this!

She used those pretty 4 petal flowers from Christmas Carols,

and a bleach technique to create that beautiful background. 

It almost looks like tin, doesn't it?

So pretty!

I really like the way she lopped off a portion of the Bubble Labels Fri-die.

Her sentiment from Mums the Word is a lovely fit for this beauty!

See? Monday isn't looking so bad now, is it?
