Courage Now, Tomorrow and Always for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!!

Hello Crafty Friends!!

Larissa here today and I can hardly believe that September is half over!!
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month to bring awareness to childhood cancer, which remains the leading cause of death by disease for children under the age of 14!! So today my Card was made to HONOR ALL of those Kids battling Cancer or those who are in remission!! You're ALL AMAZING and your Courage and Strength is VERY INSPIRING!!
I Started by creating my Background Panel!! I inked with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink and added some Water Splatters and Black Soot Distress Paint Splatters along with some Nuvo Midas Touch Shimmer Pen Splatters!! I LOVE the addition of even more Sparkle in the background!! Then I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiments!! The Courage Word is from a Discontinued (Powerful Words) CAS-ual Fridays Stamp Set, but I figured several of you probably have it and LOVE it as much as I do so I'm using it anyway to hopefully INSPIRE you to give some of your older sets some much need use too!!
You can use ANY Sentiment here and there are SEVERAL Word Dies that would be PERFECT as well!! Like the Hope Fri-Die or even the Just Breath Fri-Die!! I Stamped with Vera Fine Black Onyx Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I Stamped and Embossed again with WoW Embossing Ink and this time I Embossed with WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!!
I Stamped the Ballerina Image from the Tutu Stamp Set with WoW Embossing Ink and then applied the NEW WoW Picnic Basket Embossing Glitter!! Yellow is the Color associated with Childhood Cancer so that's why I've chosen to use the Yellow Color!! Then I used the coordinating Ballerina Fri-Dies to Die Cut the Image out!! Then I adhered it to the top of the Courage Sentiment using some Foam Tape!!
I added some Jewels for even more Sparkle and then adhered the Card Panel to a NND Scalloped Rectangle Die Cut from some TE Oreo Cardstock!! I adhered it to a Crate Paper Patterned Paper Cardbase using Foam Tape for some dimension and mt Card was done!! I LOVE the way it turned out and I just KNOW it'll make the recipient Abby's Day as she's CELEBRATING 5 Years of Remission after enduring 2 1/2 years of treatments for High Risk A.L.L. Pre B Cell Leukimia!! She's a ROCK STAR and I hope she knows how AMAZING she is Now, Tomorrow and Always!! 💛
Please help spread ENCOURAGEMENT to any Child or Family that you know going through this difficult process and KNOW that these small acts of kindness REALLY do help to BRIGHTEN their Day!!
Help Spread AWARENESS for Childhood Cancer!!

If All Else Fails, Put On A Tutu and Twirl

Maria here on the blog with you today sharing a slimline card, showcasing the Tutu stamp set and Ballerina Fri-dies.

I ink-blended my slimline panel with some distress oxide inks and adhered this piece on a slimline card base measuring 8 1/2 by 7 scored at 3/12 inches.

I used a die from my collection to die-cut the "film strip" and foam-mounted this piece on my colored background.

I stamped the little ballerinas with some black alcohol ink and die-cut using the Ballerina Fri-dies.  I also foam-mounted them onto my card for added dimension.

I ink-blended another piece of card stock and stamped the sentiment with Versafine Onyx Black ink.  I sprinkled some clear embossing powder, and heat-set using my heating tool.  I fussy-cut the sentiment and adhered this on the card with foam adhesive.

To finish my design, I used my white gel pen to add more texture to the sentiment and adhered some iridescent jewels on each of the ballerina's hair.  Here's another look:

I hope you like my card today.  The supplies I use are listed below.  Please don't forget to use my coupon code to get 15% off your order.  Have an amazing day!

I Die Cut it from two pieces of Woodgrain Patterned Paper and I Stamped and Embossed the Full on Floral Stamp to Stamp onto the Gift Bag with some Versa Mark Ink and then Embossed it with some WoW Bright White Embossing Powder!! I LOVE the way it looks on the Woodgrain Patterned Paper!! I then adhered the Gift Bag together and then I Die Cut the Tag Buddies Fri-Dies from some White Cardstock!!

Embossing these Images with Glitter Embossing is my FAVORITE!! It really makes them come to life!! If you haven't given it a try I hope I'll INSPIRE you to give it a try!!

I Die Cut the Tutu Image out using the coordinating Ballerina Fri-Dies and then Inked the Tag Buddies Die Cut with some Victorian Velvet Distress Oxide Ink using an Ink Dauber!! I ran a Static Bag over the bottom of the Tag and then Stamped and Embossed the "just dance" sentiment onto the bottom of the Tag using some Versa Fine Ink and Embossed with some WoW Metallic Gold Sparkle Embossing Powder!! Dream Then Do

Hi All - it's Vicki from All I Do Is Stamp.  For some reason, it seems like forever since I used these stamps.   Well, I looked it up, and apparently, not so long ago.  Go figure :)

Today I am using a few products to make my card.  My dog sitter is starting up a new business, so I made this card for her.  I'm thinking she will love it!

I started out by stenciling with the Tin Roof Stencil.  I then cut out the tag using the Scallop Tag Fri-Dies.  I stamped a sentiment from the Dream Then Do stamp set, and lastly, I added the fun ballerina from Tutu, with the matching Ballerina Fri-Dies.

I really think these ballerina images are the cutest!  They just make me smile.

Don't forget, if you use my code you can save an additional 15% off your purchase.
That includes the sale items!!

Thanks for stopping by~

Let's Dance It Out

Hi All - it's Vicki here today from All I Do Is Stamp.  I have [what I think] is a super fun card.  This is going to be perfect for my co-worker, and her stress level.  Dancing it out will add in some fun!

I started by cutting some strips of colored card stock, and adhered them to my card.  Then, using the Scallop Tags Fri-Dies, I stamped the bigger tag with the Full on Floral stamp sheet.  I stamped  the cute image from the Tutu stamp set, and cut it out with the matching Ballerina Fri-Dies.

I am an avid fan of Grey's Anatomy, and this sentiment is one of my favorites. :)

That's it for me today.  I hope you enjoyed my card. :)

Don't forget, you can use my code for a 15% discount.  Check out the $5 sets.
My code applies to those too!  [Can you say awesome price? :)]

Just Dance!

Jeanne here today!  I hope you're having a great day! Today I'm playing with the CAS-ual Fridays TuTu Ballerinas! I love the solid images that mean no coloring required.

The matching Ballerina fri dies make them easy to arrange however you like!

I created a distress ink background with Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin and Worn Lipstick. I used stencil brushes for soft no line inking. I chose flower colors for a feminine look.

I set the die cut stamped images on a piece of clear plastic making it easy for me to pick them all up at once and decide where to put the background ink.

When I was happy with the coverage I spattered the panel with water, some watered down Mustard Seed and white ink.

A simple sentiment was stamped in the bottom corner of the panel.

The die cut ballerinas were adhered with adhesive foam tape to add dimension.

I added a few jewels for some sparkle and shine! Have a great day!
