Just Dance!

Jeanne here today! I hope you're having a great day! Today I'm playing with the CAS-ual Fridays TuTu Ballerinas! I love the solid images that mean no coloring required.

The matching Ballerina fri dies make them easy to arrange however you like!

I created a distress ink background with Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin and Worn Lipstick. I used stencil brushes for soft no line inking. I chose flower colors for a feminine look.

I set the die cut stamped images on a piece of clear plastic making it easy for me to pick them all up at once and decide where to put the background ink.

When I was happy with the coverage I spattered the panel with water, some watered down Mustard Seed and white ink.

A simple sentiment was stamped in the bottom corner of the panel.

The die cut ballerinas were adhered with adhesive foam tape to add dimension.

I added a few jewels for some sparkle and shine! Have a great day!

Thank You For Your Generosi-tea!

Jeanne here today sharing a tea inspired thank you card! I'm not much of a coffee lover - don't get me wrong.. I adore the smell of it, but I've never craved the flavor. My "go to" is tea. In the summer I'll be dumping it over ice with some sugar and lemon and ahhhh... perfection!

I inked up the little teacup from Serendipi-tea to create a background. Using a stamping tool it's easy to repeat stamp the images and keep everything lined up perfectly.

To add color I inked up the solid floral images from the Peaceful Garden and Peace & Comfort stamp sets. The different irregular circles in bright colors adds a sense of whimsy to the design.

The stamp set has several sentiments to choose from. I send more thank you cards than anything else so this one was perfect. The sentiment is stamped on blue card stock to add even more color!
