2019 was filled with change and stress as we became empty nesters with both boys now away at college. It was hard for me having them both gone but I think I'm adjusting my attitude for the better, and I'm ready to let go and embrace calm. I should probably have monthly check ins to let you know how I'm doing with that, LOL!
