Hi there everybody!! Friday is slowly coming and the weekend is nearly in sight. Hope your week has gone really well and that you have some fun plans for the weekend when it rolls around.
I've got a Christmas card to share with you all today, using some new paste and a stencil. I never used to like stencils, found them very fiddly and never knew what to do with them. However, after using the CFS stencils and some different pastes and inks, I'm finally enjoying the process!!
I love blue and white for my Christmas cards and was dying to try out my new Nuvo Glacier Paste in 'Frostbite'. Its a soft blue with so much glimmer to it and it has a consistency like whipped butter. Its gorgeous to use and looks amazing in real life.
I used it with the Starlequin Stencil, created a window with the Ornament Tag Fri-Dies (which are on special.....) and mixed with a sentiment from the Snowy Sayings stamp set. For all the details on how I put this together, pop over to my blog for the info.
I hope this has given you some ideas for your own Christmas cards and that you have more than I have so far!!
Thanks so much for stopping by and I'll see you back here very soon with some more card inspiration.
Take care
Shona
