1. Embossing butterbow in clear embossing powder
2. Use Post-it note for masking. Apply the same color/tone one at a time.
3. In this card, Distress Inks was applied (Mustard Yellow, Mowed Lawn, Worn Lipstick, Dusty Concord, Broken China, Feathered Peacock, Spiced Marmalade, Ripe Persimmon)
4. Stamp sentiment and add sequins and small gems.

The emboss resist technique really pops on Virginia's card. It made for a gorgeous rainbow along with the beautiful sentiment. The tags are so pretty. I love the color combo.
