Shipping & Returns FAQ

When will I receive my order?
I want you to begin enjoying your new crafty goodies as quickly as possible. 
Please allow 1-3 business days for me to get your order packaged for shipment. 
All orders are shipped via USPS so from your ship date, please allow for 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 6-14 business days for International orders to be delivered to your mailbox. 
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can track its progress at (sometimes this email accidentally lands in your junk folder so please watch for it)
**Delivery times are running slower than usual during this pandemic as postal operations try to provide safe work places and follow COVID guidelines so please be patient with our postal people.

Do you ship International?
Yes to very limited destinations. Currently shipping to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland
* Due to new VAT tax laws put in place as of  July 1, 2021 we are no longer shipping to countries in the EU, and as of 1-1-2021 due to the new Brexit VAT tax laws, shipping to United Kingdom is unfortunately no longer offered through CAS-ual Fridays Stamps, LLC.

International orders are shipped via USPS first class International with all items declared at full value. Customers are responsible for the cost of any duties and taxes upon delivery of your order. Those costs are determined and remitted to your country, not CAS-ual Fridays.

How do I return or exchange an item?
I want you to love your CAS-ual Fridays stuff so if you change your mind about an item, you can return or exchange within 15 days of your original purchase date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
*Postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
*Please note that I do not allow for returns or exchanges on International orders.

In order to process your returns and exchanges, please contact me at for the return address, and you MUST include the following in your package being sent back:
  •  a copy of your original order
  •  a note stating the reason for the return or exchange
  •  the item in its original packaging
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased from another store?
Unfortunately, no. 
My retail partners have their own return/exchange policies so you will need to contact the retailer you purchased from.
