Spread Joy Not Germs Blog Hop!!

Welcome to the Spread Joy Not Germs Blog Hop! I'm so glad you landed here!

You are in for a treat!! This is a HUGE hop filled with LOTS of spectacular sponsors, and so many wonderful designers. I'm really excited to be a sponsor for this joyful inspiration hop coordinated by Catherine Pooler and Hedgehog Hollow. How about a quick round of applause for their thoughtful efforts! *insert clapping and woot wooting*
Every company shown on the sponsor board below is giving a great prize so be sure to comment on as many hop stops as you can to maximize your chances. More on that later :)

Personally, during this Stay at Home time in our history, I am getting bored and a little lonely. I miss running errands, I miss going out to dinner, I miss Baseball and hugging my friends and all the things I took for granted before Stay at Home happened. It's critical that we all do our part by staying home and I'm not complaining, I just crave a little normalcy during this difficult time. As important as it is for us to all stay home right now, I think it's equally important that we find ways to discover some joy in the little things to make it easier to get through this. For instance, I discovered my local Safeway store carries a few of the Baskin Robbins Ice Cream flavors, and was able to have some delivered with my grocery order! It's a little thing but boy oh boy did it bring me joy when my family discovered we had 31 Flavors in our freezer :)
We are all in this together and we WILL get through this! So if you're feeling bored and a little lonely too,  I'm thrilled to have you visit my company blog today. I hope you'll have a little fun here and all along the hop as we spread a little joy! Take a break from the news, grab a cuppa something yummy and spend some time oohing and aahing at little things that can give you a big happy. :)

For those of you who are just discovering my little company, let me give you a quick intro.
CAS-ual Fridays Stamps is my baby. I released my very first designs in October of 2012. Wow, that seems like forever ago! To this day, I am still a one-woman-show from dreaming & designing each and every set to packaging each and every order. My products are all manufactured right here in the USA so when you support my tiny little business, I am in turn able to support small manufacturing businesses in the US. I am blessed to have an amazing team of card designers spread out across the globe who bring my designs to life and provide regular jaw-dropping inspiration. You'll get to meet most of them as you land on their hop stops, and I do believe they all have special savings codes for you that you'll want to grab!

Today I'm doing something I haven't done in...gosh, I can't even remember how long it's been...I'm posting a project that I created! I use my creative time and mojo to design new sets, so actually getting my ink on is a rarity for me. I prefer to leave this to the professionals! LOL!
Hold on to your inkpads, here goes nothing...

I dusted off my Catherine Pooler ink pads  and had a little fun with one of the brand new stencils I'll be releasing to the CAS-ual Fridays Shop on Monday, April 19th, and the ever popular Supercalifragilistic stamp set. The challenge was to create a happy card so I chose rainbow colors and an encouraging but humorous sentiment. I hope it makes you smile :)

Next I had a little fun with another new stencil coming April 19th and a great little stamp set called Doing Great. Again I chose a couple of happy colors and an encouraging sentiment that delivers an awesome message.

Let's get to the prize stuff!
All of the sponsors in this ginormous hop have awesome prizes so you will have LOTS of chances to win.
I have lots of fantastic new products releasing on April 19th and I am giving one lucky winner my entire April release-
that's a more than $80 prize value!!

Simply comment on as many of the hop stops as you can to get lots of chances to win one of the many prizes up for grabs including this one. Deadline to comment is April 24th and all the prize winners will be announced on Catherine Pooler and Hedgehog Hollow blogs on April 27th. If you get lost as you hop, you can get the complete hop list and all the prize and sponsor details there too.

But wait! There's more!
**********I am giving a second prize package here!**********

How can you win it?
Easy! Now that you've found me, let's stay connected.

And please remember to tag #casfridays when you post your projects using my stuff!
(I do a little happy dance everytime you do!)

2. Follow @casfridays on Pinterest where all of my sets have their own boards for your inspiration delight!

3. Let me tell you when the new products release, about our sales,  and other fun happenings!
Sign up here for the newsletter.

4. Leave a comment here telling me a little thing you find joy in?
I'll announce my random winner here on April 26th.

Now off you hop to Elyse Robinson
Have fun!!! You deserve it :)

Michelle, it was enlightening reading about your small business. No wonder you don't find time to get inky, but I'm so glad you set aside time for this hop. I really really liked your cards. My one son had kidney stones so he'd get such a kick out of that sentiment. What brings me joy in my days? My faith, my dog who is just so handsome & smart, visiting with the horses in the neighbourhood & making cards. There are so many little things to be thankful for, but I won't write a book & list them all. lol

You April release is just calling my name in an extremely loud voice as I am a dog lover to the max & we do in-home dog sitting. Over the years dogs we've come to love who aren't ours have passed & I always struggle to make a card not having the supplies. I can see you've put much thought & love into this release as well as some funny snarky sentiments that are so good for a giggle.

Lisa Reber said...

Love the rainbow ribbon! Finding joy in my craft room a LOT these days! Playing with lots of things I had either forgotten about or haven't had the time to get inky yet.

I really like your stencils. And the big sentiment- heard the messages- and laughed a bit! I find joy in seed starting-tomatoes, beans that "expired" 6 years ago but still sprouted, new vegetables, and flowers! It's beautiful to see what grows from an unattractive, often odd looking seed. A miracle, really! May we all learn and grow from these days of many challenges.

love your cards! both are so beautiful though the first one's my favorite. It's so simple yet gives across the message directly! Thanks for the fun prize package! Following you everywhere! The little thing that I find joy in is helping others/showing y gratitude to someone. I know its a very cliched answer but in today's world, we have completely forgotten the importance and relevance of it and especially during this pandemic. That's why I decided to make cards and send them to all the health workers and local police in my city Mumbai, India so that I could thank them in a small way for stepping up and keeping us safe while risking their own lives :)

Your cards are bright and cheery, but with a funny sentiment. I have just started experimenting with stencils, so I am particularly drawn to your ribbon card.

What brings me joy? Sitting at my kitchen table with my morning coffee, watching a beautiful bluebird on the window sill, pecking at the glass to get my attention.
