Pretty Posies and Zig Real Brush Markers

Hello, it's Michelle here today from Seashell Creations with a card I made using my favorite floral stamp set!  I never tire of Pretty Posies and I find myself reaching for it whenever I feel like colouring.  Today I did some water colouring with my Ziggies on water colour card stock.

First I started by stamping my images with Versamark ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  Then I chose 2 yellows and 1 orange Zig markers.   I started by colouring the whole flower with the lightest yellow and then I went in with the darker yellow and finally just a touch of the orange.

I die cut all my images with the coordinating Posies Fri-Dies and arranged them onto my card panel.  Once I had them where I wanted,  I adhered them directly onto the card panel and popped the top one up with foam tape for a bit of dimension.

I stamped the sentiment from "Bold Wishes" stamp set and adhered the panel to a top folding card with foam tape.

I wouldn't of thought of doing the leaves in yellow too. I always do them in green. Love this card. Thank you for the inspiration xx

Yellow is such a fun, fresh and cheerful color, your flowers are gorgeous, beautifully colored, love the fact that you colored the leaves yellow too.
