A fun Easter Card

It's CAS-ual Friday day here on my blog and over on the CFS Blog too.

Today I am using a few of the newly released items, along with a small tutorial.

Here is the finished card.  I do love this adorable die set, Huggable Critters.  The bunny makes me smile every time I make him.

I also used the Curtis Stencil for my background.

To make this card, I did the following steps.

Step 1 - I laid down the stencil over a piece of card stock and sponged on ink.

Step 2 - I taped down the dies on a panel and cut them all out in white card stock.  I like using white so then I can color whatever color I want.

Step 3 - Following the guide template, I sponged on color, and then put this fun guy together.
I am in love!  Just too cute.

Step 4 - I cut out the partial stenciled panel and adhered it to my card base.

Final step -  I adhered the bunny onto the card base, added a 3 layered Sweet Fri-Die, and my card is finished.

I mailed this to my son's girlfriend for Easter [she's in the Air Force]. She loved it!

Lastly, remember if you use my code, you can save 15% off your CFS purchases.

See you next time!
