Beautiful Background Inspiration using "Sloppy" Stamping

Well, hello there! My name is Ashlea and I'm ecstatic to be sharing my first post as part of the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Design Team. I have a clean and simple kind of style but I love adding pops of color or fun techniques to make each design pop. Today, I'd love to share with you how I get myself crafting and creating even when inspiration isn't there. I'm calling it "sloppy" stamping even though the end result looks anything but!

Check out my video below showing how I use this method!

We all go through it sometimes, especially this time of year. It's summer, it's hot, kids are home from school and asking you for snacks every few minutes; I get it! When you finally do get some time to yourself, all you really want to do is pour a tall glass of wine -- errr I mean water, and scroll through Pinterest. Inspiration is everywhere but it seems impossible for you to get it onto your card. It's something most of us deal with occasionally and often it's like pulling off a band-aid, you just gotta do it. Pour that "water", surround yourself with a beautiful color palette of ink, your favorite stamp set and get to stamping! You'll be glad you did!

Thank you so much for joining me. Create some happiness every day!

You turned a boring looking stamp set into something I really like! Packaging needs jazzed up...perhaps with samples like yours? For people like me who needs an imagination boost. Lol
