Be Our Guest! Irit Shalom

Happy Friday!!

Today is a special day! We have a special guest joining us. You met her at our Big Release Blog Hop and I'm so happy she's back again today to share a special project that uses some of our newest stamp sets.  Please welcome, the awesomely talented Irit Shalom!

Irit has a wonderful style. She understands techniques and uses products in a way
that makes for awesome projects. She's a versatile designer who is comfortable switching from cards to scrapbooking and even DIY projects. She's a diehard stamper and quite the mixed media artist as well. Now that she has retired from her 30+ year career as a dentist, she has time to craft the day away when she's not traveling the world with her husband. They have been to more than 50 countries together and there are more on their list! I hope you will have fun getting to know her a bit :)

Today she created a wonderful gift box using a few of our new stamp sets: Mazel Tov, Floating and Modern Petals.

I love thee wonderful details she has added such as the metallic centers on the sequins, the worn wood look and the wonderful fussy cut Floating balloon!

Loving how the metallic dots on the sequins and 13 mimic the ribbon strips!

This is one of those gift packages that you don't even care what's inside because the box is so pretty, you're perfectly happy to just have IT!
When is the last time you challenged yourself to make something other than a card?

Please join me in thanking Irit for sharing her talent with us here at CAS-ual Fridays! It's been so much fun seeing her work and creativity :)

I hope you find some time to get your ink on today :)
